Cliniclists is an independent directory of Ministry of Health-licensed clinics and supporting medical tourism services in Turkey. We provide information to help patients make informed decisions. We do not provide medical services, do not represent any clinic, and do not accept commissions for referrals.
2. Account Registration
- You must be 18 years or older to register.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
- Scrape, harvest, or republish directory data without permission.
- Send spam, automated requests, or abuse rate-limited endpoints.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
4. Intellectual Property
Content created by Cliniclists (articles, design, code) is our intellectual property. Clinic information is sourced from public records (Ministry of Health, Google Maps) and used in good faith for directory purposes. Service listings (translators, agencies, transfers) are provided by listed entities or curated by us; we do not claim ownership. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the directory without written permission.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Cliniclists provides information about treatments, procedures, and clinics. This information:
- Is for general educational purposes only.
- Is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Should not be relied upon for specific medical decisions.
- Does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Treatment outcomes vary by individual; ranges and statistics shown are typical, not guaranteed.
6. Third-Party Listings
Clinics, services, and external links listed are not endorsed, recommended, or verified by Cliniclists beyond Ministry licensing status (for clinics). We do not guarantee accuracy of contact information, pricing, or service quality. Engage with listed entities at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLINICLISTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
- Medical outcomes, treatment results, or interactions with listed clinics or services.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in directory content.
- Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cliniclists harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@cliniclists.com.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or site notice.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts and execution offices, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise. Where you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
